Dog
Be Good -- Understanding Dog Fear and Aggression
What’s in your dog’s toolbox? You love your dog, you pamper him,
and you spend fortunes on him, and yet, he is still reactive on
leash, is a bully on the “playground” and, frankly, embarrassing
to be with. What is going on? This 2 hour workshop will help you
discover how to work with your aggressive, fearful or reactive dog.
From the dog’s point of view, every act of aggression is justified,
so it is important to understand how to recognize potential problems
before as your dog puts aggression into his toolbox. If he already
has the aggression tool in there, you will need to know which model
he is using and learn new ways to get him to give it up. Attending
this workshop will help you to recognize and understand the following:
-
What
are your Dog’s Training Deficits?
-
What
exactly is Aggression?
-
Where
is your Dog on the Aggression Scale?
-
What
Causes Fear and Aggression?
-

with Social Pressures—It’s not Easy Living with a Reactive Dog
-

to Find Help for Your Dog—What is the Difference between Trainers?
- And
more.

is showing signs of reactivity or aggression. Attend this workshop
to find out what you can do to manage or prevent these behaviors

workshop will offer several area trainers in a roundtable format
